These educational, proactive and fun workshops include talks on: understanding your symptoms and how to manage them, posture and ergonomics, looking after your back during day-to-day tasks and the treatment options available from self-management strategies to medical and holistic therapies. Our Workshop will give you the opportunity to ask a Specialist questions and you will be provided with an individual home exercise programme and Back Care Information Pack. You will also get the chance to take part in a Pilates Class designed specifically for those with back pain, who need to strengthen their core stability muscles. We also offer a relaxation session and opportunities to try out pain management tools such as TENS machines and massage balls as well as a variety of ergonomic solutions.
