Good luck, Sam!
We’re sad to be saying good bye to Sam, who has been a popular member of our Physiotherapy team. Sadly Sam is leaving Chelmsford to pursue a new life in Portsmouth. She will be missed by both our team and our patients.

Jo’s back!
Joann Warren will be back in clinic from 15th January 2017 after the birth of her baby daughter. We’re all so pleased that she’s back and are sure that you will be too, as we know how so many of you have missed her wonderful holistic and hot stone massage treatments.

Sports Star’s Star Review
Here’s Alex with Rob at our clinic.
Alex Hardwick came to visit Rob at our sports massage clinic this week and sent us an absolutely glowing review. Alex is an equestrian star! She is currently ranked 9th on FEI world rankings for Under 25 GB in 2016 and is the highest placed British rider. She achieved a 4th place at Aachen CHIO (Germany) this year and was also the highest place British rider at Under 25 European championships. In 2012 Alex was the young professional of the year. She has a total of 12 regional titles and 4 national titles.
“I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the sports massage session that I had with Rob on Wednesday. I had a really great session and it has helped me so much! Stretch Physio is a fantastic practice! I suffer from tension in my shoulders due to riding up to 10 horses each day. Rob has really helped to loosen this up and I felt the difference right away. That along side the exercises he has given me, I feel ready for my competition this weekend! They have a great professional attitude and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.Big thank you to Stretch Physio!”
